It also carries your state's required notices, such as minimum wage, child labor, workers' compensation, unemployment, and discrimination. Each state's poster page lists its exact notices.

Yes. Spanish and English + Spanish posters are available for Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas — choose the language on that state's poster page. In certain states, Spanish postings are required when more than 5% of your employees use English as a second language.
Posters must be accessible to all employees on a regular basis. If your employees don't all report to one central location, each building or worksite needs its own set of posters.
We aim to ship over 90% of orders the same day. To qualify, order by 2:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days within the United States.

The Compliance Plan is $3.99 a month per poster: whenever a mandatory update occurs we email you and ship a new laminated poster at no additional cost, and you can follow shipments in your customer portal.
